$ terms_of_chaos.txt
/// welcome to the anti-legal department
these aren't really "terms" so much as friendly suggestions for navigating our beautiful chaos. we believe in freedom, creativity, and the fundamental absurdity of most legal documents.
$ what_we_believe.md
• art should be accessible to everyone
• authenticity matters more than technical perfection
• creativity thrives without gatekeepers
• chaos is the highest form of organization
• everyone is an artist (yes, even you)
$ your_rights.exe
• upload whatever makes your soul happy
• price your work however feels right
• ignore the fancy curators (they're probably wrong anyway)
• change your mind about anything, anytime
• be weird, be authentic, be you
$ our_responsibilities.sh
• keep the servers running (mostly)
• process payments securely (via stripe, they're good at this)
• resist the urge to curate or gatekeep
• maintain the beautiful chaos
• laugh at uppercaseA's pretentiousness
$ payment_stuff.json
• we use stripe for payments (they handle the scary legal stuff)
• all sales are final because chaos is irreversible
• artists keep 95% of sales (we take 5% for server costs and coffee)
• if uppercaseA steals your work, that's between you and them
• prices are in USD because the world is weird like that
$ content_policy.anarchy
• almost anything goes (seriously)
• no illegal stuff (we're chaotic, not criminal)
• no hate speech (be weird, not mean)
• copyright infringement is your responsibility
• if it makes you feel something, it's probably art
$ disclaimer.chaos
• this site may cause existential questioning
• we're not responsible for artistic revelations
• your work might get rejected by fancy galleries (their loss)
• chaos is not liable for sudden bursts of creativity
• side effects may include: joy, confusion, artistic liberation
$ important_note.urgent
if you're reading this expecting traditional legal language, you're in the wrong place. we believe human connection and mutual respect matter more than contracts written by lawyers who've never made art in their lives.
made with ♥ by humans who believe art should be free and weird

these "terms" are more like guidelines anyway
